- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to acquire new institutional clients and expand the existing client base.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with institutional clients and the fund eco-system (investment managers, corporate service providers and fund administrators), understanding their investment objectives, cash management needs, and FX requirements.
- Research, identify and prospect different Institutional clients that have the need for cross border payments, FX and FX hedging solutions
- Establish rapport and build credibility with clients through networking opportunities and effectively presenting solutions that encompass the client's entire international payment needs and Forex solutions
- Stay updated on industry developments, competitor activities, and regulatory changes affecting institutional FX markets.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as, FX dealing and operations to ensure seamless execution and delivery of services to clients
- Leveraging the global footprint of Ebury to service our clients in a truly global way
- Have a proven track record of business development within corporate services / fund administration in the UAE
- Proven analytical, problem solving, numerical & verbal reasoning skills
- Are a skilled negotiator, able to build and leverage relationships at senior levels
- Demonstrated track record of building and maintaining relationships with institutional clients and a good understanding of the fund space in the UAE market
- Based in Dubai
- Business fluent in English
