Oracle Sales CX – Senior Solution Consultant

- Provide functional solution knowledge of the Oracle Fusion Sales CX module
- Work closely with the process lead, business Subject Matter Expert (SME), business analyst and/or partner functional architect to support the design of the targeted process
- Provide advanced technical solutions and testing in support of batch processing, Oracle patching reviews, etc.
- Identify design issues and work with the business SME, enterprise/solution architect and business analyst to find alternatives within the solution
- Provide techno-functional review, analysis and prioritization inputs for enhancements and modifications to the Oracle Fusion environment
- Ensure the standards and methods are used in the establishment of the solution to ensure upgrade capabilities
- Escalate issues to integrators quickly and leverage the architecture review board for confirming its direction, when required
- Support the solution architect and business analyst to ensure cross functional alignment with all processes in scope and identifying inter-dependencies
- Responsible for developing with the process lead community the iteration/sprints release plan and priorities for development
- Support the partner configuration team with functional issue resolution
- Work closely with the Global Sales Leadership to ensure the system stability and that it is performing as designed
- Monitor / track systems to ensure timely resolution to issues or requested enhancements
- Ensure requested changes support the Global system template
- Partner with the development, integration, and testing teams to produce quality and timely results.
- Work closely with the other functional teams to ensure cross functional impact are identified, addressed and aligned
- Make recommendations on system configuration to support business goals and objectives.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 10+ years of related experience with Oracle Sales Modules and/or comparable CRM applications
- 10+ years of related experience with Oracle Fusion applications and PaaS technologies.
- Experience in AEC industry is preferred
- Knowledge on JIRA / Service Now is preferred
- knowledge on Agile + Software Development Life-cycle is preferred
- Cross functional experience with Oracle PPM, HCM, PRC and Finance
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and functional judgment
- Experience and creativity in troubleshooting data conversions, integrations, and/or software application problems
- Experience managing multiple tasks & priorities to meet deadlines
- Able to diagnose and solve process issues and evaluate impact on business. Able to provide alternative solutions as required
- Able to solve complex problems using interpolative thought processes, an orderly approach to decision-making, and recognizing similarities in past situations
- Ability to influence others to gain support, and actively work to implement improvements in issue-resolution processes
