- Recruit, train, and supervise a team of professional drivers, ensuring they are well-versed in RTA regulations
- Enforce RTA-specific policies and procedures for drivers, emphasizing the importance of adherence to traffic and safety rules.
- Oversee the maintenance, cleanliness, and overall condition of the limousine fleet in alignment with company’s guidelines.
- Ensure the company's full compliance with RTA licensing, permits, and operational standards.
- Develop and implement emergency response plans that algins with Dubai Police or any other regulatory authority involve.
- Identify areas for operational improvement, and implement process enhancements to align with evolving RTA standards and industry best practices.
- Recruit, train, and supervise a team of professional chauffeurs, ensuring they are well-versed in RTA regulations.
- Enforce RTA-specific policies and procedures for drivers, emphasizing the importance of adherence to traffic and safety rules.
- Familiarity with the car rental industry and an understanding of cost dynamics in UAE
- Strong knowledge of RTA regulations and guidelines pertaining to car rental (preferably Limousine) services and online system.
- Knowledge of technology solutions for fleet management and optimization Attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
