- Coordinate with various stakeholders to compile technical and commercial proposals, interpreting tender
- Evaluate technical aspects of project requirements, such as pump selection, piping systems, and control
- Propose technically sound solutions that meet project objectives and quality standards.
- Collaborate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing for materials and services
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure favorable terms and conditions.
- Identify opportunities for value engineering to optimize project costs without compromising quality or
- Propose alternative solutions or methodologies to enhance project efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Conduct comprehensive risk assessments to identify potential project risks and develop effective
