- Conduct outbound telesales calls to potential and existing customers.
- Understand customer needs and offer solutions and support by promoting our products/services.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and build sustainable relationships with clients.
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule.
- Record and maintain accurate information on customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, market activities, and competitors' products.
- Provide feedback on the efficiency of the telesales process and suggest improvements.
- Proven experience as a Telesales Executive within the insurance, banking, or recruiting domains.
- Fluent in English and Nepali, with excellent verbal and written communication skill.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.
