Senior ELV Engineer

• Strong understanding of ELV systems, Safety: Fire Alarm, CBS, PAVA. Security: CCTV, SCS and etc.

• Experience of liaising with Authorities, Clients, Consultants for obtaining the approval and NOCs.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Collaborate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.

• Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.

• Ensure compliance with local regulations, standards, and best practices.

• Recognize critical design issues and resolve them on time by making necessary design changes and obtaining required approvals.

• Prepare Submittals, submit them to client’s approval and ensure adherence to the approved statements throughout the project.

• Attend meetings with the client project team and prepare progress reports

• Report on issues that might affect the work progress as per the preset schedule, and when needed review schedules and priorities for optimization of time and resources

• Continuous research and adoption of the latest industry trends and technologies.

• Proven ability to lead and inspire teams.

• UAE Market, clients, consultants, and contractors

• UAE Fire Code and NFPA regulations

• UAE Regulations such as SIRA, Etisalat and Du.

• Bachelor’s in engineering specialized in Electronics or equivalent field

• Minimum 5 years relevant experience in UAE

• Having UAE Driving license

• Air Ticket every 2 years for staff & dependents

• Medical Insurance for staff & dependents

• Rest as per the UAE labor law.
