- Cross-functional collaboration in creating and executing marketing strategy and action plans, following-up implementation.
- Developing market analysis, VOC’s, strategic review, challenge plans and budget, identifying opportunities with sales force, making recommendations and defining next steps.
- Facilitating and creating opportunities for links and cross-sharing among local stakeholders and BU’s, organizing and animating high quality meetings and teleconferences.
- In charge of specific businesses/brands, leading transversal task forces (defining agenda, timelines, producing precise minutes), ensuring project evolution until completion, engaging, and challenging all involved departments.
- Creating digital marketing strategies and plans, owning the whole process including identifying KPI’s and results reporting
- Supporting BU NPI’s launching plans via identifying market opportunities and potential market share gains
- Working with marketing teams on allocating budgets and following up on the designed online and offline campaigns/promos

- Proven track record in New Product Launches
- Strong team player and with profound project management capabilities
- Strong understanding of compliance rules and guidelines
- 3 - 5 years of marketing expertise in life sciences/medical/equipment/dental fields
- Business or Life-sciences degree
- Good knowledge of most of MEA markets
- Robust knowledge of CRM, analytics, and market research expertise
- Fluent in English
- Strong IT literacy competencies, with knowledge of Microsoft applications
