Effectively manage and drive the sales cycle from prospecting to successful closure
Self-source leads on a continual basis through different channels and develops trust-based relationships with the aim of winning new business
Present Bayzat’s Work Life Platform in a professional & consultative manner
Strive to provide Bayzat’s customers with an excellent customer experience and develop long-standing relationships
Eager to always learn about the market and the competitive landscape
Manage strong pipeline & present accurate pipeline management
Adapt to the fast-paced work environment, prioritizing core responsibilities while managing multiple tasks
Leverage cross-functional relationships with internal stakeholders

Ideal ProfileWhat you will need to have:

Strong communication & presentation skills, fluency in English & Arabic: Written & Verbal
Atleast 1 year of experience in SaaS / Technology sales
Commercial sales experience
Positive mindset and eager to learn
Ability to assess business opportunities and read perspective buyers
Ability to leverage insights and data through sales process to add value to buyer discussions
Skillful presenter with excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
Self - Starter & Assertive with a ‘can-do’ attitude
