We are currently recruiting for Head of Digital Transformation to be based out of their office in Dubai.Job Purpose:

The Head - Digital Transformation is tasked with leading the development and delivery of our Digital Strategy to support our Guest Experience. This role requires an advanced understanding of the technology available to enhance our customers journeys through the airport and drive our digital agenda through extensive stakeholder management and prioritization of key requirements with all areas of the

wider business. This role requires the ability to balance internal requirements among senior management stakeholders and lead external partners from ideation through design, delivery and formal embedding of new technology and capabilities.Job Responsibilites:

Lead the development and execution of our digital transformation with a focus on efficient and effective execution, ensuring

alignment with organizational strategic goals. * Utilise data insights to guide digital strategies and initiatives.Identify opportunities for leveraging digital technologies to enhance existing business processes and guest experiences. * Direct project teams and relevant stakeholders by providing strategic guidance on digital transformation and innovation initiatives to facilitate successful project outcomes including implementation and delivery of innovation initiatives.

Co-ordinate and oversee external consultants to successfully implement innovation initiatives and digital policies when applicable,ensuring effective collaboration with external expertise

Skills

Industry Experience:

Aviation (preferable) or other relevant Sectors
Consumer/ B2C Brands. * Core Activities Experience:Strategy Implementation, Digital, Transformation, Strategy
Communication, Leadership Engagement, Digital Transformation Delivery. * Skills & Tools:

MS office, Digital Apps, E commerce development
