As a Senior Consultant, you are an expert at contributing to design, implementation, and management of our VMware infrastructure. You will need to:
- Conduct technical investigations of customer reported issues
- Collaborate with customer engineers and other VMware 3rd-party resources to investigate customer reported issues
- Provide input on product direction, design, and development
- Perform root cause analysis of customer reported issues
- Participate in design decisions
- Contribute to product documentation and manuals
- Provide assistance in product training, customer meetings, and speaking engagements
- Participate in and participate in product release planning.
- 7+ years of hands-on VMware virtualization and/or cloud experience
- Expert knowledge of vSphere and vCloud Director; experience with ESXi, vCenter and vMotion
- Expert knowledge of best practice VMware deployment techniques
