- Lead and manage a team of Bell Attendants, providing guidance and support as needed.Â
- Oversee the daily operations of the Bell Attendant team, ensuring that guests receive prompt and efficient service.Â
- Train and develop team members, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.Â
- Address guest concerns and resolving any issues that arise.Â
- Ensure that the Bell Attendant team operates in compliance with company policies and procedures.Â
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment for the team members and guests.
- Contribute to the development of strategies and initiatives to improve guest satisfaction and enhance the FBO s reputation.
- Adhere to the documented procedures of the organization or department and retain documented evidence related to the performance of their role.Â
- Bell Attendant Supervisor is expected to exercise his duty of care, and must be aware of his health and safety responsibilities, accountability and authority; and shall comply with the policies and procedures outlined by the organization.Â
- High School Diploma or Official Certification, UAE Driving License Required
- Minimum 2+ years background experience in aviation ground support / hospitality industry
- Fluent in English
- Strong Communication Skills
- Excellent in customer service
- Intermediate IT Skills (MS Office database management).
- Should have experience in luggage transport procedures.
- Capable of lifting approximately 50 lbs.
- Professional, Attentive, and detail oriented
- Problem Solving skills, especially towards clients.Â
- Time management and organizational skills.Â
