- Handle customer inquiries via the calls and emails, respond to questions regarding prices or any other related questions
- Fix customer complaints in line with customer care guidelines to ensure they remain satisfied
- Represent the company to its clients, communication to customers and updating the customer database
- Participate in marketing campaigns to create awareness of the company product offerings
- Create and implement higher customer retention strategies
- Conduct any other related tasks as may be required
- The applicant must have a background in a call center or customer service role
- At least 2 years of related working experience
- Must have outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English is a must
- Expertise in desktop application and internet
- Good problem-solving, multitasking and organizational skills
- Must be a dynamic and personable sales and customer service agent
- Strong relationship building skills
