Responsibilities:
Conduct detailed evaluations and assessments of patients to diagnose mental health conditions
Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on patient needs
Prescribe and manage medication to address psychiatric symptoms
Provide individual, group, and family therapy to patients
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide coordinated care
Stay informed about advancements and new research in the field of psychiatry
Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records for patients
Adhere to ethical guidelines and professional standards
Requirements:
Medical degree and valid license to practice psychiatry
Completion of residency training in psychiatry
Experience in diagnosing and treating psychiatric disorders
Strong knowledge of psychiatric medications and their appropriate use
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team
Compassion and empathy towards patients
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
