- Facilitate the transportation of products by coordinating with freight forwarders, carriers, and customs agents to ensure timely and efficient delivery.
- Manage all shipping documentation, including bills of lading, export/import documents, and certificates of origin, to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and smooth customs clearance.
- Monitor inventory levels products, forecast demand, and coordinate with suppliers to replenish stock as needed to avoid delays in shipping.
- Provide regular updates to customers on the status of their shipments.
