Prepare and analyze financial statements, variance reports, and budget forecasts to provide insights to management.
Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes in compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
Perform balance sheet reconciliations and ensure proper documentation of financial transactions.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and controls.
Assist in preparing for audits and liaise with auditors to provide necessary documentation and explanations.
Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency enhancements within the finance department.
Assist in special projects and ad-hoc financial analysis tasks as assigned by management.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or relevant certification is a plus.
Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in accounting or finance roles, preferably in the hospitality or entertainment industry.
Proficiency in accounting software applications (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar) and advanced Excel skills.
Strong understanding of financial principles, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact confidently with internal and external stakeholders.
Proven leadership and team management capabilities, with a track record of mentoring and developing staff.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
