Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate staff members.
Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, and packages.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff.
Prepare and maintain documents, reports, and presentations as needed.
Assist with basic accounting tasks, such as invoicing, expense tracking, and payroll.
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
Organize and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical.
Assist with special projects and events as assigned.Requirements:
Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Proactive and self-motivated with a positive attitude.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred.Benefits:
