- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, variance reports, and budget forecasts to provide insights to management.
- Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes in compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- Perform balance sheet reconciliations and ensure proper documentation of financial transactions.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and controls.
- Assist in preparing for audits and liaise with auditors to provide necessary documentation and explanations.
- Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency enhancements within the finance department.
- Assist in special projects and ad-hoc financial analysis tasks as assigned by management.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or relevant certification is a plus.
- Minimum of [X] years of progressive experience in accounting or finance roles, preferably in the hospitality or entertainment industry.
- Proficiency in accounting software applications (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar) and advanced Excel skills.
