To be successful in this role, you'll need:
0-2 Years of experience in a customer service role. Freshers with a strong will to learn are also welcome.
A minimum educational qualification of intermediate or above.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
The ability to stay calm and empathetic when dealing with customer complaints or concerns.
A problem-solving mindset with a flair for thinking on your feet and providing quick and effective solutions.
