Job Description:Black & Grey HR is on the hunt for an exceptionally talented Creative Content Creator / Videographer for our client in the vibrant Entertainment, Leisure & Hospitality sector in Dubai. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative individual who thrives on storytelling through visuals and is adept at producing engaging, high-quality video content. The ideal candidate will bring a mix of creativity, technical skill, and a passion for visual storytelling to elevate our client's brand through compelling content.Responsibilities:- Develop and execute innovative photo and video content that captures the essence of our brand, engaging and inspiring our audience.- Oversee the entire production process, from concept development to shooting, editing, and post-production, ensuring content is captivating and aligned with our brand values.- Employ advanced editing skills and special effects to create visually appealing videos, keeping viewers engaged.- Work collaboratively with the marketing team to generate creative ideas for brand campaigns, ensuring content is fresh and aligned with current trends.- Analyze scripts and production requirements to guarantee that content meets brand objectives and messaging.- Manage and maintain production equipment, ensuring optimal performance for all shoots.- Stay ahead of social media trends, incorporating innovative practices into content creation to enhance our digital presence.- Perform a range of editing tasks, including cutting, color correction, and grading, to deliver polished and professional final products.Requirements- A minimum of 3 years' professional experience in video production or a creative agency environment, with a proven track record in content creation.- Expertise in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere or Final Cut Pro, with additional skills in After Effects and Lightroom.- Capability to produce simple animations and special effects, adding a creative flair to videos.- Well-versed in the dynamics of social media platforms like YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram, and how to tailor content for each.- A solid understanding of color grading and sound mixing is advantageous.- Exceptional command of the English language, both in writing and verbal communication.- A creative and innovative thinker, constantly seeking to break new ground in content creation.- A keen learner, open to embracing new technologies and methodologies in video production.- Meticulous attention to detail with a commitment to producing quality work.- Strong problem-solving skills and technical know-how.Benefits- Competitive Salary Package + BenefitsJoin us to be a part of a dynamic team, creating captivating content that tells stories, engages audiences, and elevates our clients brand in the Entertainment, Leisure & Hospitality industry in Dubai, UAE
