Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
Greet visitors and provide assistance as needed.
Manage and coordinate schedules, appointments, and meetings for team members.
Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, letters, and forms.
Maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems.
Assist with document preparation, editing, and formatting.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting and distributing.
Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels.
Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks such as expense tracking and invoice processing.
Perform general clerical duties, including photocopying, scanning, and faxing.Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in office administration is a plus.
Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
