- Develop competence in retrieving data and analyzing the output from Kantar’s proprietary tools and other third-party software systems required.
- Be responsible for/ involved in developing & testing questionnaires for PanelVoice projects.
- Demonstrate exceptional precision & attention to detail, always focusing on accuracy.
- Develop competence in charting and be able to produce presentation decks.
- Begin to recognize patterns and draw logical conclusions based on your analysis of the data sets.
- Begin to learn how to build stories from the data.
- Be responsible for/ involved in producing the project deliverables and ensuring that they are dispatched on time and accurately.
- Assist in preparing and delivering presentations to clients. Seek opportunities to practice presentation skills to develop a confident style in delivery.
- Build knowledge of FMCG market in the region, develop an understanding of key FMCG categories and brands in the region.
- Proactively seek to understand the team's clients' business and ways of working. Use this knowledge to improve the work you do.
- Employ an appropriately professional tone in all communications, including emails, presentation materials, telephone calls, and face-to-face meetings.
- Be responsible for/ involved in creating winning proposals, discussing client briefs / business questions, challenging appropriately to make sure that real needs are met through our recommended approach / methodology.
- Build relationships internally, specifically with the immediate team, with the view to willingly offer help and support to others in the team where possible.
- Engage with your line manager - seek their feedback, input, and contribution to your development - act upon it appropriately, asking for advice when relevant.
- Ensure you maintain an up-to-date PDP with your line manager - monitor your progress and find solutions for your development needs.
- Take part in your performance management using the KWP appraisal system.
- Up to 12 months of professional experience in a related field.
