It helps to go beyond the existing behavioral panels and helps the client get answers to the unknowns behind the behaviors. It uniquely combines behavioral data with attitudes, needs and opinions of the consumers and shoppers.Overview of the roleTo develop a strong understanding of Kantar Worldpanel behavioral data, with the primary focus on the PanelVoice solution! Use your analytical, logical and data interpretation skills to support the team to help address client briefs in an efficient, thoughtful, and insightful manner.Expected Roles and responsibilitiesData Analysis & Insights generation:
  • Develop competence in retrieving data and analyzing the output from Kantar’s proprietary tools and other third-party software systems required.
  • Be responsible for/ involved in developing & testing questionnaires for PanelVoice projects.
  • Demonstrate exceptional precision & attention to detail, always focusing on accuracy.
  • Develop competence in charting and be able to produce presentation decks.
  • Begin to recognize patterns and draw logical conclusions based on your analysis of the data sets.
  • Begin to learn how to build stories from the data.
  • Be responsible for/ involved in producing the project deliverables and ensuring that they are dispatched on time and accurately.
  • Assist in preparing and delivering presentations to clients. Seek opportunities to practice presentation skills to develop a confident style in delivery.
  • Build knowledge of FMCG market in the region, develop an understanding of key FMCG categories and brands in the region.
Client Relationship:
  • Proactively seek to understand the team's clients' business and ways of working. Use this knowledge to improve the work you do.
  • Employ an appropriately professional tone in all communications, including emails, presentation materials, telephone calls, and face-to-face meetings.
  • Be responsible for/ involved in creating winning proposals, discussing client briefs / business questions, challenging appropriately to make sure that real needs are met through our recommended approach / methodology.
Team, People & Self Development:
  • Build relationships internally, specifically with the immediate team, with the view to willingly offer help and support to others in the team where possible.
  • Engage with your line manager - seek their feedback, input, and contribution to your development - act upon it appropriately, asking for advice when relevant.
  • Ensure you maintain an up-to-date PDP with your line manager - monitor your progress and find solutions for your development needs.
  • Take part in your performance management using the KWP appraisal system.
Qualifications
  • Up to 12 months of professional experience in a related field.
