- Monitor the technical aspects of the site activities and ensure that all civil works is being completed as per the standard and best practice.
- Support the site team with technical information and drawings and visit the site regularly for generating daily report for the ongoing works on site.
- Evaluate the usable resources (Manpower and material) and plan the resources for the given jobs in coordinate with the civil engineer.
- Maintain the log sheets and records for all machineries, tools and materials, with purchase history, delivery, stock inventory and updating them on regular basis as per the civil engineer instruction.
- Prepare BOQ for maintenance works as per the design and specification, and report end-of-work summary.
- Read and handle different type of Engineering drawings on paper and by AutoCAD software, and provide the site team with sufficient technical data.
- Read and review the material specification and evaluate the adequate material for different jobs.
- Knows how to use Microsoft Office software
- Knows how to use Autocad
- Can read drawings
