- Develop strong relationship with customers based on trust, honesty and mutual respect.
- Ensure customer communication is pro-active and of the highest standard possible.
- Assist in the development of new business with existing customers that could be allocated to you for further
- Ensure that all customer data is entered into the reporting system.
- Be the leader and driver for all RFQs that you are handling, using the support of Sales Support, Freight and
- Provide detailed and coordinated handover to Customer Services Department on business award.
- Constantly be in touch with your gained customers to ensure that joint support from our company is provided from a Sales aspect and that joint involved departments are all working collaboratively towards the customer’s
- Contribute towards the development of the company QMS.
- Represent the company in the most professional manner possible in accordance with local legislation and all company policies / procedures.
- Act as a key account manager for particular accounts by identifying new sales opportunities within existing account(s)
- Interact and coordinate with the sales team and other stakeholders in other departments working on the same account.
