Our client is looking for a Training Manager covering MEA to develop and oversee training strategic programs aligned with organizational goals, fostering growth and excellence within the maison.Reporting to the General Manager, this person is responsible for;

Developing and implementing comprehensive learning strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
Designing and delivering engaging training programs, workshops, and learning resources.
Evaluating training effectiveness and continuously improve learning initiatives.
Managing relationships with external training vendors and consultants

Opportunity to lead the strategic training function for one of the giants in the|Watch & Jewellery IndustryTo apply for the role, it is necessary to have the following experience;

Atleast 5 years in a training role within the luxury industry, ideally atleast 3 years in Watch & Jewellery.
Ability to build strategic training programmes and strong communication skills to execute training programmes.
High level of attention to detail, given the maison's positioning in the market.
Willing to travel across MEA.
