- Lead and manage a team of account executives and coordinators, providing guidance and support as needed

- Identify opportunities to grow the account and drive revenue growth for the agency
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure efficient and effective delivery
- Provide regular reporting and status updates to the client and internal stakeholders
- Expert in digital and social media platforms and their technical requirements for effective communication
- Finance savvy and ability to take the right decisions to impact the business
- Strong business sense and ability to understand client objectives and goals
- Experience in managing and leading teams, with a focus on optimizing team productivity and efficiency
- Ability to identify potential areas for improvement and implement effective solutions
- Strong organizational and time-management skills

- At least 10 years of experience in a related role, with a focus on managing client relationships and leading teams
- Proven track record of success in developing and implementing effective digital and social media strategies for clients
- Experience working in a fast-paced agency environment
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to stay up to date with new technologies and trends in digital and social media
- Knowledge of project management tools and software
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience with managing teams of both content and creative
- Experience with data analytics and digital marketing tools
