Assist with basic office tasks including photocopying, filing, and organizing documents
Help in setting up meeting rooms and preparing refreshments for guests
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
Support administrative staff with ad-hoc tasks as needed
Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required
Basic understanding of cleaning procedures and equipment
Ability to work efficiently and independently
Good communication skills and a positive attitude
Physical stamina to perform manual tasks
Location: Dubai
