IT Support Engineer

• Administering Servers and Vitural Machines Servers, Network Systems, Telephone Avaya, CCTV Systems and NAS (FileServer and Cloud).

• Manages and troubleshooting Website Domain issues.

• Monitor and manages all subscriptions related to IT needs

• Monitoring and maintaining Hosting & Email System and resolves email user problems.

• Implementing and oversees a storage and backup management schedule.

• Responsible for Face ID and Biometrics Door Access management.

• Checking on all IT hardware peripherals that need to be upgraded and/or replaced to avoid total breakdown.

• Full desktop end-user support on all IT scope.

• Implementation and responsible for Home Automation (Lights, Audio, Cinema, Door/Water Sensors, and A/C).
