Foreman

• Plan and allocate duties to the project team members
• Oversee project work for quality and timely delivery
• Implement the safety policy at the site
• Check raw materials for quality and correct specification
• Prepare purchase request for various projects and interpret drawings
• Ensure compliance with health and safety requirements
• Undertake any other related tasks as may be required

• The applicant must have an Engineering Degree
• Must have a minimum of 5 years f UAE experience in villas, handling tasks from excavations to finishing
• Ability to plan, organize, implement and evaluate assigned goals
• Must be able to understand and document workflows
• Ability to handle multiple and conflicting priorities and work under strict deadlines
• Should have knowledge in use of MS office packages
• Must have a valid UAE driving license
