A creative director will be expected to contribute to the overall success of the salon, by committing to providing colour/cut and style services at the very highest standard to ensure 100% customer satisfaction and also by supporting and inspiring her team. Also to carry out personalized consultations with clients on their needs and advise on anything from hair care to cuts and colours.A generally confident person and highly experienced in all aspects of hairdressing; cutting, styling, colouring, highlights, extensions, straightening. hair up, foils etcSalary and commission; 12-14K AEDExact salary depends on skill level.Service commision is 15% on revenue generated above 3 times salary, and 25% on revenue generated above 4 times salary.
