- Stay informed about the latest fashion trends, industry developments, and KIZA Bespoke product offerings.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge to confidently address walk-in customer inquiries and align their choices with the brand's vision.
- Deputy Customer Experience Specialist:
- Ensuring continuity in customer service excellence.
- Manage customer inquiries and requests with the same level of professionalism and brand alignment.
- Maintain meticulous records of in-house costs against each order.
- Collaborate closely with the master tailor to ensure precise costing coordination.
- Order Fulfilment and Delivery Strategist:
- Oversee customer order delivery tracking and arrange efficient processes to streamline order fulfilment and delivery timelines.
- Implement strategies to enhance the efficiency of the order fulfilment process.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration Specialist:
- Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams to manage the execution of small Ready-to-Wear (RTW) pieces for each fashion season.
- Facilitate effective communication and coordination across various departments.
- Maintain a comprehensive record of fabrics to be ordered from suppliers and facilitate communication to ensure timely updates on stock availability.
- Oversee the in-store samples book, ensuring it accurately reflects the available stock, and liaise with suppliers to stay informed about stock availability and potential additions to the samples.
- Atleast 1-2 years of UAE Experience
- Able to communicate in both Hindi and English language.
- Available in Dubai for immediate joining.
