Well Testing Supervisor - AUH

• Supervise and coordinate well testing activities, including flowback, production testing, and reservoir evaluation.
• Ensure compliance with established procedures, safety regulations, and environmental guidelines.
• Collaborate with drilling and completion teams to optimize well testing processes.
• Lead a team of well testing technicians and operators, providing guidance, training, and support.
• Foster a culture of safety, professionalism, and continuous improvement within the team.
• Conduct regular safety meetings and training sessions.
• Oversee the deployment and maintenance of well testing equipment.
• Monitor equipment performance and troubleshoot any operational issues.
• Collaborate with maintenance teams to schedule and perform routine equipment inspections and repairs.
• Analyze well test data to evaluate reservoir performance and identify opportunities for optimization.
• Prepare comprehensive reports on well testing activities, including production rates, fluid properties, and any anomalies.
• Provide recommendations for well and reservoir management based on data analysis.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations related to well testing operations.
• Work closely with regulatory agencies to obtain necessary permits and approvals.
• Develop and implement emergency response plans for well testing operations.
• Conduct regular drills and training exercises to ensure the team is prepared to respond to emergencies.

• Bachelor's degree OR Industrial diploma is a MUST.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in Petroleum Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in well testing operations and proficiency in handling special technical requirements.
• Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team.
• Familiarity with relevant safety standards and a strong understanding of environmental regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Problem-solving mindset and the ability to make sound decisions in dynamic
• Gulf experience is a plus.
