House Manager

• Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements for the family, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
• Assist in organizing tasks and errands for a seamless balance of professional and personal support.
• Ensure smooth operations for organizing private events, gatherings, and special occasions.
• Liaise with vendors to ensure timely delivery of supplies needed for events.
• Act as a liaison between the employer and external parties, such as business associates, family members, and household staff.
• Supervise daily cleaning and maintenance to maintain a well-kept facility.
• Maintain inventory of furnishings and equipment, ordering replacements when necessary.
• Coordinate with staff to ensure events run smoothly from start to finish.
• Train other staff members as needed.
• Greet and care for guests and visitors.
• Schedule and oversee home maintenance and repair projects.
• Communicate schedules with household staff, including maids, drivers, cooks, gardeners, and security.
• Manage household budget and control expenses.
• Coordinate logistics during visits to the family's holiday home.
• Manage car renewals and maintenance.
• Purchase groceries, gifts, and other items for the employer.
• Ensure smooth operation of the employer's home.

• Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in a similar household management role.
• Availability all 7 days of the week based on VIP family requirements.
• Preferred nationalities: Sri Lankan/South African.
