Foreman

• Plan, oversee and coordinate daily site operations through ensuring all roles are conducted to the required standards
• Oversee site workers to obtain the best results
• Monitor site operations and respond to issues on a daily basis
• Make sure proper safety procedures are followed at all times and participate in site meetings with the construction team members as necessary
• Make suggestions of hiring or firing of site workers as may be required
• Prepare and maintain site activity reports on a regular basis
• Identify and communicate to the manager any priority problems
• Conduct any other related tasks as may be required

• Should be an experienced foreman with several years of experience in a contracting company
• Must be able to work well under pressure and ensure the workers meet deadlines
• Strong leadership and motivational skills
• Good communication skills required
• Must be a good problem solver
• The applicant must have a valid UAE driving license
• Only Asian candidates are required
