- Answer customer calls, emails as well as other messages
- Handle queries from customers
- Resolve complaints in a timely manner
- Promote new sales
- Receive calls from customers to assist them with service enquiries
- Maintain high levels of quality in tone of responses, interest and empathy with customer
- Ensure giving accurate answers to customers
- Degree in Business Administration, Business Management or any other Business-related course
- Must have good communication skills with the ability to speak good English
- Must be analytical and a good problem solver
- Excellent customer service skills required
- Asian ladies are preferred
