Safety Engineer

• Bachelor's degree with relevant engineering field.
• Nebosh certification is mandatory.
• 4-5 years of experience in safety management for 33kV power cable and 33/11kV package station projects in the UAE.
• ADDC/FEWA/AADC approval is required.
• Strong understanding of ADDC Standards and Requirements.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Proven ability to conduct thorough HSE assessments and risk analyses.
• Experience in incident investigation and root cause analysis.
• Proficient in developing and implementing HSE plans.
• Ability to design and deliver effective HSE training programs.
• Familiarity with industry advancements, regulations, and best practices in HSE management.
• The ideal candidate will be a proactive and detail-oriented individual with a strong commitment to safety, capable of effectively leading and guiding the HSE team to ensure project safety and compliance throughout all phases of the project lifecycle.
