Job Description :1. Rule:a. Report to the Product Manager.b. Responsible for generating new enquiries, creating customers, and sustaining strong relationships.c. Enlist and register our product range of Al Arabia – Door Systems & Loading Dock Solutions with Contractor and consultants.d. Able to review tender, check for any deviations, analyse, and select suitable product from the manufacturer's product range to meet the customer requirement.e. Achieve sales booking, invoicing, margin target, and follow up the payment collection.f. Responsible for achieving his individual sales targets, maintaining profit margins targets and KPI's, and prepare reports for the line manager.g. Review enquiries and guide application team in making quotations / proposal and follow up submittals and approvals.h. Prepare estimations, submit commercial proposal and technical submittal, shop drawings for consultant / client approval, follow up for approval, advance payment, and attend site meetings.i. May require frequent travelling to all emirates.j. Continue to develop the knowledge of applicable international standards and local regulations relative to the domain of work.2. Clients and Prospects:a. Maintain cordial and friendly relationship with clients/ consultants/ contractors.b. Understand the client needs and generate inquiries for the product range.c. Preparing estimations and sending quotations to the customers, follow up for the quotations sent, and attend technical/commercial meeting with clients.d. Create and deliver powerful presentations and demos that clearly communicate the uniqueness of the value proposition.e. Follow-up with the clients on the quotations submitted to secure orders.f. Negotiate the contractual/commercial terms.3. Marketa. Promoting and selling our product range of Al Arabia – Door Systems & Loading Dock Solutions.b. Follow-up on new Projects / business opportunities coming-up in the market and keep up-to-date knowledge with the industry trends and competition.4. Orders & Executions:a. Coordinate with Installation, Service team, and / or local suppliers if required for sales related activities.b. Manage all queries raised by client and continue to support Installation Department while project is ongoing according to their need and maintain relationship with client for securing future projects.c. Collect and document client needs and competitive intelligence for future product enhancements.Requirements1. Education and experience:§ B.Sc. degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Mechatronics)§ 4-6 Years of experience in Automatic Doors / Industrial Doors / Dock Products, or similar field.§ At least 4 years working experience in Sales, preferably dealing contactors and consultants. With proven sales track record.§ Experience in corporate environment would be an advantage.§ Holding UAE driving license is mandatory.2. Personal Qualities:§ Passionate for Providing Solutions, Solving Problems, and Challenging Himself.§ Presentable, Multilingual, with Assertive Interpersonal and Communication Skills§ Professional, Confident, Organized, Punctual and willing for continuous improvement.§ Attentive to detail, Excellent Verbal and written communicator, Accurate and team player with networking skills.3.
