Job descriptionEnrollme HR Consultancy, Dubai is hiring an Estimation and Proposal Engineer with min 5 years of experience in Marine and Offshore Projects. Ideal Candidate should have expertise in maritime engineering, ship repair, and estimates.Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marine Engineering, Naval Architecture, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of Class rules, ship repair processes, materials, and equipment
Knowledge of pertinent laws, rules, and specifications (e.g., ABS, DNV, IMO, SOLAS, ASME, API).
