- Develop and implement a performance management strategy aligned with the department goals and the organisation's strategic priorities
- Define and establish KPIs to measure the efficiency and effectiveness of IT operations, projects, and services at all levels
- Design and implement a Balanced Scorecard framework tailored to the department needs, conducting regular performance reviews as required
- Collaborate with executive management to develop performance contracts for IT leaders and managers
- Engage with key internal and external stakeholders across the organisation to communicate performance expectations and enable a culture of accountability
- Analyse performance data to generate insights and produce regular reports and dashboards that communicate performance trends to stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (Master's degree preferred) and a Balanced Scorecard professional certification
- A minimum of 10 years experience in performance management, preferably within the IT domain
- Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing performance management strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
- Experience with performance management software and data analysis tools is a significant plus
