Job DescriptionManage the Voice Infrastructure Services activities by ensuring smooth functioning, in order to achieve the department goals and objectives.Optimize and improve the overall quality of services delivered to ensure the right technology, policies and partners are deployed.Liaise with telecom service providers to negotiate with suppliers, in order to achieve the maximum output at best rates.Plan, design and innovate voice telephony systems/services of the bank to maximize DIB’s staff and customers voice experience.Report activities, project status and achievements to management by ensuring successful implementation of all voice-related projects of DIB branches, offices and outlets.Initialize and formalize the policy & procedures of the Unit, in line with the department standards.Ensure that ORMS, KRIs and RCSA or being maintained and updated when it’s required.Ensure compliance with the approved policies, procedures, SLAs and regulatory requirements to maintain quality standards and ensure risk mitigation.Coach, train and develop team skills by identifying training needs and assign appropriate learning platform to the team.Review team performance and deliverables in line with the approved KPI’s to ensure meeting desired objectives.Ensure all assigned tasks and projects are executed within the approved policies, procedures and SLAs of the department.All the above accountabilities includes but not limited to any additional/new tasks or responsibilities assigned by the line Manager.Competencies/SkillsEducationBachelor’s degree in Telecom Engineering or Computer science (preferred Master’s Degree)Work ExperienceMinimum 7-8 years’ experience in telecommunications (voice).
