- Develop and execute campus recruiting strategies to attract top talent from universities and colleges.
- Represent company internally and externally at events with a goal of networking and relationship building with potential candidates' communities (career fairs, campus events, case challenges)
- Serve as the primary point of contact for university relations, fostering partnerships with academic institutions to enhance recruitment efforts.
- Liaise with management team to determine recruitment needs.
- Manage job postings and candidate sourcing across various platforms, including LinkedIn.
- Screen applications and coordinate interview schedules for hiring managers.
- Maintain company's candidate databases and tracking systems.
- Assist with the creation of job descriptions and role requirements.
- Facilitate communication between candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.
- Prepare reports on recruitment metrics and provide insights for process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable employment laws.
- Coordinate and develop recruitment channels.
- A minimum of 4-5 years' experience in recruitment, preferably within an international company in a similar industry.
- Strong understanding of recruitment practices and candidate selection methodologies.
- Excellent understanding of full talent acquisition cycle processes.
- Hands on experience with Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and job boards.
- Comfortable in dynamic, fast-paced and international environment with high energy level.
- Demonstrate organizational and prioritization skills to meet deadlines.
- Details oriented and excellent time management skills.
- Proactive, self-motivated and willing to take initiatives.
- Flexible in the working approach with a can-do attitude
- Can work independently with an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Must be fluent in English. Fluency in Arabic is a bonus.
