Working across the Middle East, North Africa, and Asia, GMG has introduced more than 120 brands into its markets.Job DescriptionTrade Spend Management: Uploads budgets, creates internal orders, generates SAP files (MAF), and issues proposals to vendors.PAF Administration: Collects and verifies Pre-Activity Form documents, manages the SharePoint PAF system, and posts approved PAFs after documentation.Financial Processing: Posts journal vouchers (JVs) and entries within SAP for discrepancies and settlements.Reporting & Approvals: Generates reports, tracks approvals in SharePoint, and provides data to relevant teams.Month-End Close: Reconciles claims, prepares allocation reports, posts accrual entries, settles vendors, and assists with monthly closing tasks.
