- Set up and maintain IT systems, including servers, network connections, and data management.
- Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related issues to ensure seamless broadcast operations.
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to implement software updates and security protocols.
- Configure and calibrate broadcast cameras for optimal image quality and consistency.
- Monitor and adjust camera settings during live broadcasts to maintain image quality.
- Collaborate closely with camera operators to achieve the desired visual effects.
- Provide technical support during outside broadcasts to address any equipment or system failures promptly.
- Work closely with the production team to ensure a smooth and successful broadcast.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on-site to minimize downtime
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
- Proven experience as an Outside Broadcast Technician or similar role.
- Strong technical skills with expertise in IT systems and networking.
- Proficiency in camera shading and image quality optimization.
- Familiarity with broadcast equipment, including cameras, video switchers, and audio systems
