- Support the onboarding of fund, SPV and corporate structures, including coordination of documentation, KYC/AML requirements, and internal approvals.
- Act as a central point of coordination between clients, internal teams, and external service providers (legal, auditors, banks, sharia advisors)
- Assist in structuring discussions for open-ended and closed-ended funds, corporate vehicles and special purpose structures.
- Support the development and refinements of Apex’s regional service offerings, including fund administration, corporate services, governance, and family office solutions
- Track pipeline activity and support internal coordination to progress opportunities from initial discussion through onboarding.
- At least 2-3 years plus experience preferably in fund administration, corporate services, professional services, consulting or financial services, preferably in a client-facing or onboarding role.
- Understanding of fund and corporate structures, including open-ended funds, closed-ended funds (PE/VC), SPVs, and holding companies
- Exposure to client onboarding, KYC/AML processes, and regulatory documentation.
- Experience supporting proposals, RFPs, or client pitches is strongly preferred.
- Interest in or exposure to Islamic finance and Sharia-compliant structures is an advantage.
- Strong PC skills including Word, Excel and Macros in Excel (Experience is required).
- Proactive and willing to drive things forward.
- An ability to work to and meet agreed deadlines.
- Flexible in work approach due to nature of the role to meet client deliverables.
- Excellent interpersonal and written communications skills.
- Ability to multi-task and work in a pressurised environment.
- Capacity to problem-solve and ability to deal with complex issues.

- A high level of visibility within a large organisation on an upwards trajectory
- The ability to define a function of the Apex Business in State of Qatar
