
PCP Program Manager , MENA FBA

Key job responsibilities
- Identify, prioritize and execute on new opportunities to further accelerate growth of FBA as well as drive process improvements.
- Develop in-depth understanding of processes, tools, data, and teams involved in FBA process (domestically and internationally).
- Identify gaps (or overlaps) and opportunities, and initiate high-impact projects based on analysis.
- Set up performance management mechanisms and track potential Sellers with interest to pilot initiatives.
- Connect with key stakeholders regularly to review operational / business metrics and setup processes to ensure goals are met.
- Operate autonomously; drive forecasts, and handle escalations.
- Experience using problem solving and analytical skills in a business environment
- Experience gathering and analyzing large amounts of data and delivering business improvements.

- The ability to use both formal and informal influencing skills across Amazon's cross-matrix organization is critical to the success of this role.
- Possess excellent business judgment, strong written and oral communication skills, and a practical, commonsense approach to getting things done.
- High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.
- Knowledge of SQL
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel at an advanced level, including: pivot tables, macros, index/match, vlookup, VBA, data links, etc.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling positioning strategy and present complex information clearly and concisely
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use data and metrics to justify requirements, improvements and initiatives
- High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
