- Diagnose, scope and deliver prioritised Group-wide organizational change initiatives for ERP-related transformations.
- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders and change management leads in the business to ensure smooth and effective change execution, risk management and engagement throughout, coaching stakeholders as needed
- Shape the required stakeholder engagement and documentation at different stages of a project, working with Group Communications in effective storytelling of the change.
- Working alongside People Experience, conduct studies and analyses to assess the impact of changes on employees against defined metrics, to ensure continuous improvement
- Manage and report on a central view of Group-wide organizational changes, coordinating input from change management leads in the business
- Continuously assess the impact and adjust (when needed) change initiatives and projects to ensure they respond to relevant changes in the Group strategy and related ERP transformations.
- Lead best practice in organizational change management across the Group, including development of toolkits, upskilling of Leaders and roll out of consistent standards
- Define overall Change Management strategy for the ERP implementation and define clear milestones for each facet of Change Management, including executive alignment, stakeholder analysis, management, and communication, readiness assessments, journey mapping, change impacts identification and risk management.
- Focus on the people side of change, collaborating with Organizational Design, including changes to business processes, job roles and organisation structures.
- Create and implement strategies that maximise employee adoption and usage and minimise resistance.
- Strong experience in Change Management across various functions and departments
- Proven experience leading ERP change projects
- Experience with SAP, Oracle or similar solutions
- Have previously developed and led the Change Management roadmap that encompass adoption and mindset change
- Experience leading other change managers
- Experience in this region is preferred
- Experience working in a retail environment is mandatory
