Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and target-driven International Sales Associate to join our team on a commission-only basis. This role is ideal for individuals who are confident in their sales abilities and eager to earn uncapped commissions by working with international clients and high-value deals.Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and generate new leads in international markets
  • Reach out to potential clients through calls, emails, and online platforms
  • Present products/services and close sales deals
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with international clients
  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets
  • Follow up with leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline
  • Coordinate with internal teams for client onboarding and deal processing
  • Keep accurate records of all sales activities
RequirementsRequirements & Qualifications
  • Previous experience in sales, telesales, or client-facing roles is preferred
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work independently and remotely if required
  • Comfortable working in a commission-only structure
  • Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
