This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth onboarding experiences by managing employee documentation, coordinating joining activities, and maintaining compliance with company policies and labor laws. It contributes to operational efficiency, employee satisfaction, and effective workforce integration across multiple regions.Key Responsibilities
  • Manage onboarding processes including handling new hire queries and communication
  • Coordinate with new joiners regarding joining procedures, documentation, and requirements
  • Process documentation for government formalities related to employee onboarding
  • Arrange joining logistics including hotel bookings, travel arrangements, and induction programs
  • Collaborate with HR teams and stakeholders to ensure policy compliance and accurate onboarding execution
  • Maintain service level agreements for onboarding case management and timely resolution
  • Conduct data quality checks and maintain confidentiality of employee records in SAP systems
  • Gather feedback from new hires and stakeholders to improve onboarding processes
  • Monitor onboarding progress through reports and ensure timely closure of cases
  • Stay updated on company policies, procedures, and labor law requirements
Ideal Profile
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Management, or related field
  • 2 to 3 years of experience in HR generalist or onboarding roles
  • Knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR processes
  • Experience with SAP HR modules or similar ERP systems
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage work in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving ability
