- Maintain vendor records and support vendor creation within financial systems
- Verify supplier invoices against purchase orders and goods receipt documentation
- Coordinate with procurement and internal teams to resolve invoice discrepancies
- Ensure timely booking and processing of invoices to avoid payment delays
- Respond to vendor inquiries and provide updates on payment status
- Manage urgent, advance, and special payment requests in coordination with finance teams
- Reconcile vendor advances and ensure accurate financial reporting
- Handle corporate credit card and petty cash reconciliations
- Ensure VAT compliance and correct documentation for invoices and credit notes
- Monitor payable balances and follow up on outstanding transactions
- Prepare reports and support cash flow tracking and financial analysis

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Commerce
- 2 to 3 years of experience in accounts payable or finance roles
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and payable processes
- Experience with ERP or accounting systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and office tools
