- Achieve sales targets for assigned accounts and generate leads for all LoBs based on the sales and marketing strategy.
- Identify and assess leads and opportunities across assigned accounts, collaborating with LoB Managers.
- Prepare and maintain complete information on opportunities and lead details for reporting purposes.
- Build new client relations and bring in new client accounts in coordination with the Sales Manager.
- Handle all communications, inquiries, and problems arising in the relevant accounts.
- Respond to client inquiries and correspondence in a timely and professional manner.
- Follow up with Project Managers to monitor the progress of country projects and other projects within designated accounts.
- Follow up on client proposals and monitor project order processing and cash flow status.
- Prepare and submit monthly progress reports on assigned accounts to the Sector Manager.
- Update the CRM system with relevant information on opportunities and accounts.
- Collaborate with the Sales Manager and Presales team to develop market and pricing strategies for the accounts.
- Schedule follow-up visits with accounts to ensure smooth project execution.
- Approach previous clients and schedule visits to explore new opportunities and maintenance contracts.
- Stay updated on LoBs' portfolio, new solutions, and products in coordination with the Presales team.
- Continuously develop industry knowledge by participating in virtual industry Special Interest Groups (SIGs).
- Excellent sales and marketing skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and presentation skills.
- Excellent command of English.
- Valid UAE driving license.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering with a specialization in Communications or Computers.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT (Applications/Infrastructure) and proven account management experience within the UAE.
- Preferable experience in solution selling and integration value propositions.
- Preferable experience in the Telecom sector and Government sectors.
- Experience in direct selling to end-user accounts.
