It contributes to underwriting decisions, ongoing monitoring, and risk mitigation while collaborating with cross-functional banking teams to ensure strong portfolio performance and compliance with regulatory standards.Key Responsibilities
- Perform detailed credit analysis for real estate and hospitality financing including development and investment assets
- Prepare credit proposals, financial models, and approval recommendations
- Support structuring of facilities such as term loans, revolving credit, and guarantees
- Monitor portfolio performance through periodic reviews, covenant tracking, and risk indicators
- Assist in managing sector-specific credit exposure and maintaining portfolio quality
- Collaborate with relationship managers and product teams on credit evaluations and client discussions
- Ensure adherence to credit policies, underwriting standards, and approval frameworks
- Respond to audit, regulatory, and internal review requirements
- Maintain accuracy and timeliness of credit submissions in line with service standards
- Track market trends and regulatory developments within real estate and hospitality sectors
- Experience in credit analysis within banking, preferably in real estate or hospitality financing
- Strong understanding of financial statements, risk assessment, and structured lending
- Ability to work within credit frameworks while developing independent judgment
- Knowledge of regional real estate markets and financing structures
